- Click “Get Order.”
- On the next page, click “Display Item.”
- Copy the 16-digit Rewarble Card code shown on the screen and paste it into the form above.

Once verified, your login is emailed within minutes — sign in on any device and start watching.

Only send the unused 16-digit code to Xtreme HD IPTV via this form or email. Do not redeem it on any other website — once redeemed elsewhere, we cannot activate your subscription and the code becomes useless.
